Adaptik Named Among Best Workplaces 2017 List

Staff Writer | October 05, 2017

“We are honored to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for the eighth consecutive year,” says John Pettit, President and CEO of Adaptik. As we expand our product offerings to meet the needs of P&C carriers, our employees have remained critical to our success. We take pride in cultivating an environment and culture where employees can collaborate and innovate. I am happy to share this award with everyone that makes Adaptik an exceptional company.”

The Best Places to Work awards program, created in 2000, aims to identify, recognize, and honor the best places to be employed in Pennsylvania. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 “Best Places to Work in PA.”

The first part of this process was evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.

Adaptik will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on November 30, 2017, at the Lancaster (PA) County Convention Center. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
