Agencies Select One Inc. for Payment Processing Solution

One, Inc., announces that two general insurance agencies have selected the solution provider’s Process One solution to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation. The agencies are Multi-State Insurance Services, which specializes in personal auto and homeowners’ insurance, and Pro General Insurance Solutions, which specializes in specialty auto and youth sports programs.

Multi-State selected Process One to improve its billing and payment processes, both internally and externally. An intuitive user interface will enable them to provide a higher level of customer service. Automated payment processing and routing will streamline workflow for their staff.

“Our commitment to our customers drives us to look for ways to improve processes at every level,” says Raimundo Ruiz, president and CEO of Multi-State. “Process One will give our insureds real time access to their policy information and enable them to make payments in a secure environment.”

Pro General selected Process One to provide a user-friendly billing experience in a data-secure environment for its customers. Through automated payment processing and routing, Process One will streamline internal processes. Additionally, Process One will also reduce the complexity and cost of PCI compliance.
