Appulate Joins Accenture Duck Creek as Global Alliance Partner

Appulate, Inc., announces it has joined the Accenture Duck Creek Global Alliance Partner Program as a solution provider. Appulate offers enhanced agency connect capabilities through its Uplink and A2X solutions that are now pre-integrated with Accenture Duck Creek’s policy software.

These products bridge data from an agent’s internal management system to a carrier’s platform, where it is used as a back-office forms-parsing tool. Both of Appulate’s products allow standardized data to move throughout the submission workflow, which improves efficiency and reduces the time associated with completing carrier application forms.

Today, retail agents collect data using industry standards developed by ACORD that cover 90 percent of property and casualty business lines. Sharing the data from the agency management system with the carrier is an on-going issue because the systems used by these different market segments do not communicate.

“This alliance with Appulate enables Accenture Duck Creek to offer its clients enhanced system connectivity with agencies through an integrated product solution that helps reduce data entry and streamlines the submission and quoting processes,” says Patti Griffin, global product lead, Accenture Duck Creek. “We are pleased to be working with Appulate to extend the capabilities of Duck Creek policy software by improving system communication between carriers and agents.”
