Appulate Offers Integration with Salesforce.com

Staff Writer | July 14, 2015

Appulate announces it has successfully completed an integration with CRM software product, Salesforce.com. The integration allows agents and brokers using Salesforce.com the ability to easily upload/bridge data directly to their markets. Salesforce.com users are able to save considerable data entry time and have a more complete submission workflow.

“Since Salesforce.com was not created for the specific needs of the insurance industry, there is a need to tie its feature to a more insurance specific workflow,” says Dimitri Nikouline, co-founder and chief technology officer at Appulate. “When you use Salesforce with Appulate, the value of both increase significantly.”

Appulate now serves more than 15,000 retail agencies nationwide and provides a submission management product for the property & casualty sector of the insurance industry. It estimates about eight percent of the agents and brokers using Appulate also use Salesforce.com.

“This integration is important for our customers,” said Vanessa Duliere, director of agent relations at Appulate, Inc. “Agents that use Salesforce.com will now be able to market business with ease.”
