Bolt Insurance Agency Expands Marketplace Platform for Better Customer Service

Staff Writer | November 19, 2015

Bolt Insurance Agency announces it has expanded its offerings to serve its growing base of personal and commercial business customers nationwide. The Bolt Marketplace is now offering motorcycle, boat, renter, condominium, flood, and pet insurance. These expanded insurance offerings reflect the diversity and experience of Bolt and its licensed insurance specialists.

In addition, BOLT released a new mobile-friendly Marketplace, which offers consumers a better user experience across many devices and screen sizes.

“The insurance industry is changing, and Bolt is at the forefront of introducing solutions to meet consumer expectations,” says Eric Gewirtzman, CEO of Bolt Insurance Agency. “Our mobile-friendly Marketplace paired with the industry’s broadest insurance offerings make BOLT a ‘one stop shop’ for consumers.”

BOLT also continues to enhance an extensive Knowledge Center that includes timely, relevant articles and infographics to answer BOLT consumers’ most pressing insurance questions.

“Our customers increasingly expect greater choices for insurance shopping," says Tom Hammond, executive vice president of Bolt Insurance Agency. “Our expansive product offering, new mobile-friendly design and enhanced Knowledge Center combined with Bolt licensed insurance specialists help consumers make efficient and informed choices tailored to their coverage needs.”
