Clements Implements ISCS SurePower Innovation

ISCS announces Clements Worldwide has successfully implemented SurePower Innovation, a modern enterprise suite designed to handle all aspects of core administration, plus provide additional functionality for underwriting, agent/consumer portals and mobile capabilities via ISCS's complete managed SaaS solution, SurePackage.

Globally, Clements specializes in providing insurance for expatriates and international organizations, including auto, property, life, health, specialty, and high-risk coverages. Committed to delivering a top-quality customer experience, Clements selected to deploy SurePower Innovation utilizing SurePackage not only to modernize systems and processes, but to extend modern functionality across the enterprise.

"The agile implementation methodology ISCS employed during this implementation meant we got immediate feedback on system changes as we tested them," says Ken Mitchel, director of IT for Clements. Going forward, Clements plans to further enhance the company's online presence via the robust mobile capabilities offered by SurePower Innovation. Utilizing the pre-integrated, yet modular, components of SurePower Innovation as a platform for automating core administration (policy, billing and claims) and streamlining critical processes, Clements also plans to create a more customer-centric environment which empowers customers with 24x7x365 access to account information no matter where they are geographically located.
