DRC Integrates DocuSign Solution for eSignature Capabilities

Staff Writer | December 09, 2015

Decision Research Corporation (DRC) announces it has partnered with DocuSign, Inc., to deliver advanced electronic signature capabilities to its insurance clients using GameChanger.

DRC and DocuSign have worked collaboratively integrating DocuSign’s digital transaction management (DTM) platform and eSignature solution into GameChanger Portal, DRC’s solution for agents and brokers to quote and bind policies, allowing efficient and secure all-digital signing process for their insurance clients.  The e-signed documents are then transmitted to the insurance carriers’ policy document repository.

“DocuSign shares DRC’s goal of helping insurance companies and brokers achieve the highest level of compliance and efficiency in the insurance binding process,” says Karen Yamamoto, president of DRC. “As the global standard for digital transaction management, DocuSign is a natural partner to help us further innovate eSignature capabilities in our industry.  We have multiple clients who will be implementing this process.”

“DocuSign is pleased to have DRC join the DocuSign Global Trust Network as customer and partner,” says Neil Hudspith, chief revenue officer, DocuSign. “Together, DRC and DocuSign can bring the power of DTM to more P&C providers to help them accelerate their business, increase security and compliance, and delight brokers, agents and clients with a better, faster, more convenient and secure way to transact business.”
