GAINSCO Selects VUE’s Distribution Compensation Platform

Staff Writer | August 30, 2017

VUE Software announces GAINSCO, a property & casualty insurance holding company, selects VUE’s Distribution Compensation Platform to administer complex commission and incentive programs.

This implementation will enable GAINSCO to build flexible compensation programs, create multiple hierarchies per payee, create gamification profiles, retroactively make changes to plan, agent, or policy characteristics, input effective dates, and more.

“Our business challenge is managing multiple compensation hierarchies, bonus structures, and performance reporting,” says Philip West, CIO of GAINSCO. “VUE’s platform will streamline our internal business processes, improve management of our sales channel, and enable financial growth. Also, VUE’s modular design will allow us to expand into other VUE distribution applications as our business requirements change.”

“With a history of successful P&C Insurance partnerships, VUE is excited to be working with GAINSCO. With our compensation solution, GAINSCO will be able to streamline their complex commission and incentive payouts, positioning them for future growth,” says Jeff Sloan, vice president of sales, North America

GAINSCO markets their products to more than 4,500 independent insurance agents across nine states: Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
