Horizon Systems, GhostDraft to Deliver Policy Form Creation

Horizon Systems and Services and GhostDraft announce a partnership that will provide users the ability to create and customize policy forms directly within Horizon’s ALL Points policy administration solution.

“Customer experience and communication is rapidly becoming a top priority for insurers that want to stay competitive,” says Kurt Jackson, GhostDraft executive vice president of sales. “We are excited to partner with Horizons Systems to help their customers not only self-configure clear, customized documents, but achieve faster time-to-market and increased customer satisfaction.”

The seamless integration of GhostDraft’s customer communication tool will allow ALL Points users to easily create custom documents for individual prospects and policyholders. The plain-language model includes all the data elements that business users need to populate a typical quote or proposal.

“Our goal is give our customers, who tend to be small to medium-sized insurance carriers, every possible edge in the very competitive insurance market,” says Kurt Kwekkeboom, president and CEO of Horizon Systems. “Enhancing our solution with GhostDraft was an obvious choice to meet the growing needs of our customers to generate and customize policy forms within ALL Points.”

The integrated GhostDraft offering will be showcased in Horizon Systems’ Model Office for ALL Points customers and prospects to experience the enhancement first-hand.
