IDP Adds Industry Veteran to Boost Sales, Marketing

Staff Writer | June 16, 2016

IDP announces Steven C. Craig has joined the company as senior vice president of sales and marketing with additional management and profit and loss responsibility for the bureau statistical reporting group.

"It's an exciting time to be working in the P&C insurance industry," says Craig. "Insurers are being pressured by the insurtech revolution and consumer demands to modernize and to consider new ways of doing business. IDP is the perfect partner to help insurers grow through this time of change."

Intimately familiar with business and new product development, strategy and database development, Craig also has deep knowledge of operations and sales into the insurance marketplace. Prior to joining IDP, he held various positions at Verisk Analytics, American Insurance Service Group, Policy Management Systems Corporation (PMSC) and Western Farm Bureau.

"Steve brings to IDP a deep understanding of product and data needs of the insurance industry," says David Kerford, president of IDP. "Our older and newer customers alike will find him to be the perfect knowledge source through which to ensure appropriate product and services selection. This, coupled with Steve's unwavering integrity, makes him the perfect fit for IDP."
