Inaugural Survey on State of the Agent/Carrier Technology Relationship

Robert Regis Hyle | March 03, 2014

The Insurance Technology Association (ITA) and Insurance Forums (IF) have teamed up to conduct a comprehensive research study that will cover the current state of the technology resources provided to agents and agencies by North American insurance carriers. The survey will be distributed to the largest agent community group on LinkedIn, which is owned by Insurance Forums.

The survey aims to uncover what technologies attract agents to sell for carriers, what tools help agents increase production, the challenges and benefits of social media, the fast pace of change in how insurance is bought and sold, and much more. Results will be distributed in a broad number of formats.

The survey will begin early in the second quarter and the webinar will take place in September.
