Insurance Technologies Expand FireLight Product Offering

Insurance Technologies announces the expansion of its product offerings to provide holistic sales solutions that will enable carriers and distributors to reshape how they engage prospects and policy holders across the entire sales cycle. Insurance Technologies is expanding its FireLight e-application solution into a comprehensive sales platform with integral sales components to support the industry’s evolving sales environment.

“The industry is being redefined by consumer and advisor expectations, regulatory disruptions, and digitalization to drive automation. Today’s existing technology offerings don’t provide carriers, distributors or advisors the vital usability and functionality to successfully advance with these industry shifts,” says David Fenimore, CEO, Insurance Technologies. “We recognize the industry’s need for a single sales platform that provides end-to-end sales capabilities that support multi-channel sales strategies across all lines of business. FireLight Platform as a Service (PaaS) provides the ability to leverage a single platform to obtain data analytics across the entire selling process, which has not previously been available in our industry due to integrated disparate point solutions.”

The design of FireLight provides the foundation to deliver a single data and processing framework with integrated sales cycle components, creating a complete and cohesive sales platform for carriers and distributors. FireLight provides the configurability to support unique sales channels and processes, business requirements, and workflows to streamline both back office and front office sales processes.
