Insurance Technologies Expands Integration to Support Enterprise, Individual Accounts

Insurance Technologies announces the integration expansion between FireLight and Redtail CRM, a client management solution by Redtail Technology, to broaden support for both Redtail enterprise and individual user accounts.

The integration between Redtail CRM and FireLight enables advisors to automatically pre-fill client information in FireLight applications, simplifying and expediting new business, post-issue, exchange, and sub-pay processes. Within FireLight, advisors can access, select, and pull client and client-related contact information from their Redtail CRM, creating a streamlined sales experience.

“Anything we can do to simplify and expedite data entry during the electronic application process for agents while reducing data entry errors is a significant value add for clients,” says Katherine Dease, vice president of product management, Insurance Technologies. “We are excited about this integration as it continues to enhance the seamless experience for agents allowing them to spend less time entering data and more time selling.”

FireLight enables firms to support both global firm level accounts and individual user accounts to align with various sales processes.
