Meadowbrook Selects One, Inc., Payment Processing Software

Meadowbrook Insurance Group and One, Inc., announce that Meadowbrook has selected ProcessOne to manage its payment processing and daily cash reconciliation, ContactOne to increase policy retention via automated calling and messaging, and PortalOne to provide multi-device 24/7 payment and policy information access.

The Meadowbrook selection reflects the carrier’s hope to improve their customer service through the addition of a data-secure payment channel that will enable their insureds to make their premium payments via credit card.
