Mobile App Transforms Claims Process for Security First

Security First Insurance is transforming the property insurance claims process through digital engagement and mobile technology with JobSight, an innovative mobile app that streamlines the claims process delivering enhanced efficiencies for all. These changes will be highlighted in a case study session at ITA LIVE that will feature Werner Kruck, COO of Security First, and John Cammarata, vice president of development for PointSource.

Within the JobSight app contractors and emergency mitigation providers can request enrollment in a preferred provider network of insurance companies, self-enroll, receive service requests, track the progress of their assignments, and receive digital payment, all from one device. Kruck and Cammarata will discuss how applying a digital engagement model and mobile technology to the claims process is transforming how Security First Insurance does business with their contractor network and improves their claims process.
