P&V Group Selects Guidewire for Claims System

P&V Group, a Belgian cooperative insurance group, and Guidewire Software, Inc., announce that P&V has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system.

P&V Group wanted to update its claims operations platform and sought a well-organized system that would streamline its claims operations. The organization needed a system that would enable it to increase customer satisfaction, improve its business processes, and provide a flexible and upgradeable technology foundation.

“We selected Guidewire ClaimCenter for a variety of reasons,” says Isabelle Coune, responsible for non-life and claims within the board of directors of the P&V Group. “We were impressed with the positive feedback we received from existing ClaimCenter customers with whom we spoke with during the evaluation process as well with Guidewire’s track record of global implementation success.”

“From an IT perspective, we appreciated that ClaimCenter’s functionality is very well-organized and user-friendly,” says Marc Beaujean, responsible for resources, change, and marketing within the board of directors of the P&V Group. “We also valued the speed at which ClaimCenter can be seamlessly integrated with internal and external systems and are looking forward to getting the system up and running quickly.”
