People’s Trust Insurance Expands TechCanary Platform Deployment

TechCanary announces People’s Trust Insurance has decided to expand its use of TechCanary’s Insurance Platform. Due to the success of the initial TechCanary implementation to support People’s Trust’s external sales team and the relationship with agencies, the carrier has chosen to expand the platform’s use to its internal direct sales group.
People’s direct sales group resides in the People’s Trust’s call center and will leverage the TechCanary platform for the company’s direct-to-consumer homeowner insurance business. As part of the implementation, the TechCanary system will be integrated with People’s Trust’s back office rating system.
“After our initial experience with the TechCanary platform and seeing what it was able to offer our sales team it was an easy choice to expand our use to support our internal direct sales team—a key corporate asset supporting our ongoing effort to make it easy for our customers to do business with us,” says John Kavaliauskas, director of customer acquisition & marketing technology with People’s Trust.
TechCanary will help People’s Trust monitor their internal sales process from lead to conversion in a more effective way, similar to their agency process, which will help provide insights for improvements and a more streamlined sales flow.

Built inside the CRM platform Salesforce, the TechCanary solution offers a complete ACORD data structure, support for all lines of business in P&C, life, health and benefits, integration with both email and phone, and all browsers and mobile devices. The platform enables management of the entire insurance sales and service process from lead to sale to ongoing customer support, including renewal.
TechCanary clients can choose from over 3,000 add-on pre-integrated apps, enabling expansion of capabilities and quick-to-value deployment. TechCanary professional services are also available for setup, data migration, deployment, configuration assistance, and ongoing support.
