QQSolutions Releases Version 3.7 with Features Designed to Increase Efficiency, Productivity for Insurance Agents

QQSolutions announces the latest release of its cloud-based insurance agency management system. QQCatalyst version 3.7 introduces features including key enhancements to Marketing Central, a product location that allows an agent to manage an image library, template library, and schedule email and print jobs.

 Version 3.7 includes several features designed to give agency principals and producers peace of mind that their businesses is more secure while enabling staff to do their jobs more efficiently to meet the changing demands of the modern economy. New features include:

  • Scheduled Emails and Print Jobs—Allow the user to schedule automated emails and print jobs to pre-defined distribution lists of prospects or customers.
  • Claims Downloads—QQCatalyst has been updated to process claims transactions received from the carrier.
  • QQCatalyst Mobile App —The mobile app is available in the Apple App store and Google Play store. It allows users to easily view customer information, policy information, and tasks on their mobile devices.

 “QQCatalyst v3.7 will aid agents in their marketing efforts by significantly reducing the amount of time spent building campaigns and sending emails,” says Mark Malis, president of QQSolutions.

QQCatalyst version 3.7 also allows users to be more productive with the addition of picture messaging, a text message widget redesign, and smart dates for reports and distribution lists.
