Xuber expands Global Reach with Expansion into Australia

Insurance software provider Xuber has been selected by as the platform for Xchanging Integrated Services Australia (XISA) and will implement a suite of products including Xuber Policy, Xuber Claims, Xuber Billing and Xuber Analytics, following a formal tender process. These products will offer a transition from XISA’s existing technology and will enable the business to target new areas for business growth.

“This is an exciting contract win for Xuber, extending our presence in a new and growing geography for the business as well as proving ourselves in a competitive market,” says Adrian Morgan, head of Xuber. “Xchanging Australia is targeting new areas of growth and needs a partner that will enhance its core services including dedicated relationship management, strategic claims management advice and tailored workplace health and safety advice.”

Xuber’s products will support XISA’s operational demands and reporting requirements, as well as build the back office function, and enhance the company’s ability to manage claims swiftly. 

“We are committed to offering the best possible service to our existing clients, while looking at ways of addressing new opportunities,” says Diego Ascani, head of insurance at Xchanging Australia. “We are delighted to be working with Xuber as we continue to support injured workers as they recover from workplace injury and return to work.”

The implementation has commenced, starting with Xuber Analytics. Other products in the suite will be introduced during the year, with Xuber Policy and Xuber Billing going live in the first half of 2014, and Xuber Claims in the second half of the year.
